Despite of all the haggardness, stress and depressions that I am experiencing right now as a freshman student, there are still things that I can call good in my life. There are events at our school that, for me, helps me relax a little bit and enjoy school life.
July 16, 2012- The Assumption College, San Lorenzo had the Neon Invasion. It's all about the organizations in AC where the students will choose and register to their desired organizations. As an International Business student, we are required to register at the International Business Student's Association (IBSA) 250 pesos for new members and 200 pesos for old members. I also joined the UPBEAT. It's an organization wherein you can do workshops and enhance your dancing skills. I really am into dancing that's why I didn't took much time to think and simply registered.

Each organizations and associations also have their giveaways and freebies to their new members. I received a lanyard, glow stick, candies, bags and other simple stuffs. That was really awesome! :) There are also stands and orgs that sells good food such as Red & Blue Velvet Cake Pops, Sushi and many more. I really like these kind of things at Assumption. I can socialize and interact more with other people and have more friends. I can freely choose what organizations I like whether I register to one or all of them! Haha! I hope for more upcoming events in the future!

The Neon Invasion will be on-going for the whole week and the closing ceremony will be held on Friday, July 20, 2012.
